Very well stocked shop. It does not only deal with IT articles but has many other useful services. The owners Stefano and Daniele are kind and truly competent people. I have purchased several excellent products from them.

Terribile, non mi dilungo neanche a spiegarlo.
Mi viene solo una parola per descrivere l'esperienza in questo posto: Terribile!
Incapacità, scortesia.
Ti si congeda con un imperativo MI DEVE SCUSARE.
Incapacità a fare il proprio lavoro ( che poi si tratta di vendere macchine e materiali costruite da altri che dovresti in teoria sapere come funzionano), condiamo tutta questa incapacità con una dose eccessivmente abbondante di scortesia che tra l'altro continua a manifestarsi nella risposta a questa recensione è si ottiene la parola TERRIBILE!
Eh si, perché una risposta con un: ma cosa è successo? Cerchiamo di capire e recuperare! Mi sembra strano che nel mio negozio sia successo qualcosa di spiacevole! ovviamente questa risposta non viene data, questo lo fanno quelli che sanno stare al pubblico! Quelli veramente professionali e cortesi.
La risposta è: i nostri clienti ( i parenti e amici che ti lasciano la recensione) sono soddisfatti se tu non lo sei lo strano sei tu.
Continua così che vai fortissimo!!!
