M	Marina Trazi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In una giornata uggiosa e nebbiosa siamo arrivati, su consiglio di amici di Bobbio, in questo ristorante apparentemente sperduto. È stata una vera sorpresa. Il menu è ricco e ogni piatto scelto è stato cucinato da una cuoca esperta. Dire cucina casalinga sarebbe un diminutivo, ogni cibo che abbiamo mangiato è preparato con amore e con ingredienti di qualità. Da provare!!! On a gloomy and foggy day we arrived, on the advice of friends of Bobbio, in this seemingly lost restaurant. It was a real surprise. The menu is rich and every dish chosen was cooked by an expert cook. To say home cooking would be a diminutive, every food we ate is prepared with love and with quality ingredients. To try!!!

La baita inoltre offre la possibilità di mangiare piatti locali e non molto ben fatti e freschi Il servizio molto gentile e accogliente ti mette a tuo agio. Unico ristorante (tra quelli che ho provato) in tutta la provincia che rispetta davvero le distanze anche a tavola davvero molto diligenti in un periodo così difficile. Consiglio a tutti l'esperienza completa anche se non siete degli amanti dello sci di fondo o delle ciaspole perché merita anche solo il paesaggio innevato Per non parlare del pranzo da leccarsi i baffi. Amazing experience to try. Beautifully groomed track and also very challenging for a true beginner like me but doable. The cabin also offers the opportunity to eat local dishes and not very well made and fresh The very kind and welcoming service puts you at ease. The only restaurant (among those I have tried) in the whole province that really respects distances even at the table really very diligent in such a difficult period. I recommend to everyone the complete experience even if you are not a cross-country ski or snowshoe lover because the snowy landscape alone deserves it. Not to mention the mouth-watering lunch.

Abbiamo preso la torta fritta con salumi e salse, tutto ottimo. Come primo ci sono stati consigliati i maccheroni alla bobbiese perché sono fatti interamente a mano: anche quelli squisiti. Infine abbiamo provato il capriolo con patate al forno, carne tenera e molto saporita. Torneremo sicuramente anche in inverno per provare le piste. We were at lunch in this shelter, I recommend booking. Excellent home cooking and friendly staff. We took the fried cake with salami and sauces, all great. As a first course there were recommended the bobbiese macaroni because they are made entirely by hand: even the exquisite ones. Finally we tried the roe with baked potatoes, tender and very tasty meat. We will definitely return even in winter to try the slopes.

Terminato il divertimento al rifugio le Vallette si possono gustare ottimi piatti. Also excellent for those who like snowshoeing, in addition to the cross-country trails you can reach paths that lead to the Scaparina and Ballo passes and to Monte Penice. After the fun at the Le Vallette refuge you can enjoy excellent dishes.
