★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is exactly as advertised . Fresh selections prepared any way you want. We had been in the country for 2 weeks and wanted some simple grilled seafood with no sauce or seasonings. Had with a salad and some roasted potatoes on the side. Perfect. Highly recommended. Service was great, and have liquor and good wine selection. I live in Florida and catch my own... so I know fresh. This is it. Go and enjoy. d

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved everything about this place, the setting, the interiors, the freshest seafood, and the excellent service. Great wines too. Highlights were many, but particular standout was deconstructed apricot etc creme brulee, and panzanella with red prawns, burrata etc. Just brilliant. Oysters super fresh. Everything was anticipated, and I love when restaurants go to the trouble to top up one's drinks. If you are a couple/2 people they have cute tables outside, but only tables of two, so ask ahead. If you are in the slightly larger group like 4 ask for round table in the front section, the best table in the house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ READ THIS REVIEW! Went to Piro for Friday night dinner during Lent. Overall, nice experience. I thought the food was unique and inspired; my husband was not too wild about it. Need to REALLY like fish and sushi to come here. Expect a lot of sushi-type options. Tuna tartare was good. Artichoke with shrimp was tasty. Pasta with shrimp was weird but good. Chicory (? green stuff that looked like pasta but wasn't) was bitter, but the underlying fish was great! Not sure if I would go back but not sorry I went. Recommend only for true seafood aficionados!
