L’abito mi sembrava piccolo ma la taglia in più non era disponibile.La commessa mi rassicura dicendo di provarlo con calma a casa e nel caso l’avrebbero cambiato. Lo scontrino riportava in effetti la stessa dicitura che entro 14 giorni era possibile il cambio. Peccato che tornata per il cambio nei tempi la stessa mi informa che per politica aziendale la merce in saldo non si cambia . Consultata la responsabile chiedo se mi possono fare un buono anche acquistando un capo non in saldo. Ottengo la stessa risposta. Sottolineo che trattasi di una discrepanza importante nelle taglie in quanto di un capo della stessa marca avevo preso una taglia in meno e andava bene. Risponde che ciò sia da imputarsi alla diversa vestibilita’ dei capi .Me ne vado allibita per non rimetterci più piede
Unavailable staff. I purchased two items, a size 38 fur coat and a size 40 suit. The dress seemed small to me but the extra size was not available. The saleswoman reassures me by saying to try it slowly at home and in case they would change it. The receipt actually reported the same wording that exchange was possible within 14 days. Too bad that returned for the change in time the same informs me that for company policy the goods on sale do not change. Having consulted the manager, I ask if they can make me a voucher even by purchasing a non-sale item. I get the same answer. I emphasize that this was an important discrepancy in sizes as I had taken one size less than a garment of the same brand and it was fine. He replies that this is attributable to the different wearability of the garments. I am stunned not to lose my foot

I could not visit the outlet in person but I did some remote shopping .... Everything perfect and beautiful. The girls are very kind, helpful and very good at giving advice on the most appropriate sizes.
