Arrivato a casa, NON FUNZIONA, non esce il vapore.
Complimenti (abito lontano e fare 150 km per restituire l'elettrodomestico mi "rompe" alquanto.
I bought Rowenta washer dryer. Before taking it away I specifically asked to try it, and was told that they try them all.
Arriving home, it DOES NOT WORK, no steam comes out.
Congratulations (I live far away and do 150 km to return the appliance "breaks" quite a bit.

Non tornero' mai piu'. Ci sono altri negozi con buon prezzi. Non vale la pena qui!
Abrupt and rude orders. They don't let you talk, they interrupt you and they are rude, especially the one with the longest hair.
I will never come back. There are other shops with good prices. Not worth it here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio presente all'interno dell'outlet village franciacorta. Ho praticamente acquistato ogni padella e accessori casalinghi presenti nella mia casa! È il punto di riferimento per ogni acquisto inerente la cucina compresi piccoli elettrodomestici. In questi giorni ho fatto tappa qui perché sto cercando di completare il set di padelle lagostina ingenio che proprio in questo negozio mi è stato consigliato. Mi sono state proposte in virtù della loro comodità e praticità in quanto tutte le padelle utilizzano lo stesso manico intercambiabile e occupano molto meno spazio delle padelle tradizionali. Personale sempre molto gentile e disponibile!
Shop inside the Franciacorta outlet village. I have pretty much bought every pan and household accessories in my house! It is the reference point for every purchase related to the kitchen including small appliances. These days I stopped here because I am trying to complete the lagostina ingenio pan set that was recommended to me in this shop. They were proposed to me by virtue of their comfort and practicality as all the pans use the same interchangeable handle and take up much less space than traditional pans. Staff always very kind and helpful!
