★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata nel suddetto negozio per aquistare costumi e articoli di carnevale per festa aziendale, per me e altri 8 colleghi. Varco la porta alle ore 10:00...nessuno mi saluta, ma stanno servendo dei clienti e ci passo sopra...aspetto 5 minuti vicino all'ingresso guardandomi intorno...nulla. decido allora di guardare in giro per conto mio pensando che prima o poi qualcuno mi si avvicinerà offrendomi aiuto...nulla. ore 10:40: decido di togliere con cura un costume dalla sua confezione per osservarlo meglio, nel mentre passa la commessa dicendo che per osservare gli abiti bisogna chiedere al personale... legittimo, però le faccio notare che ero lì da parecchio tempo senza che nessuno mi calcolasse. La risposta? "Non è vero", e se ne va. Ore 10:42, saluto il proprietario con gentilezza ed esco a mani vuote nonostante avessi trovato molti degli articoli che stavo cercando. Di certo sopravvivranno lo stesso, ma con un minimo di gentilezza e di cura del cliente avrebbero concluso una vendita decisamente sostanziosa.
I went to the aforementioned shop to buy costumes and carnival items for company parties, for myself and 8 other colleagues. I go through the door at 10:00 ... no one greets me, but they are serving customers and we step on ... I wait 5 minutes near the entrance looking around ... nothing. then I decided to look around on my own thinking that sooner or later someone will approach me offering help ... nothing. 10:40 am: I decide to carefully remove a costume from its packaging to observe it better, while passing the clerk saying that to observe the clothes you have to ask the staff ... legitimate, but I point out that I had been there a long time without that no one could calculate me. The answer? "It's not true", and goes away. 10:42 am, I greet the owner with kindness and go out empty-handed despite having found many of the items I was looking for. Certainly they will survive the same, but with a minimum of kindness and care of the customer would have concluded a very substantial sale.
