★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 24 agosto ho acquistato un abito a 113€, successivamente ho chiamato per chiedere se si potesse effettuare il cambio specificando il modello del vestito e il giorno di acquisto, mi hanno detto che non c’erano problemi. Arrivo all’outlet dopo un’ora e mezza di strada e mi dicono che siccome il vestito era sceso a 68€, se avessi effettuato il cambio avrei perso la differenza di 45€. E la commessa bionda mi ha detto in maniera maleducata che non c’è nessuna politica che tuteli i resi! Sono senza parole, non mi è mai successa una cosa del genere, addirittura molti negozi rimborsano i soldi!! Non metteró mai più piede in quel negozio
On 24 August I bought a dress for € 113, then I called to ask if the change could be made specifying the model of the dress and the day of purchase, they told me there were no problems. I arrive at the outlet after an hour and a half on the road and they tell me that since the dress had dropped to € 68, if I had changed it I would have lost the difference of € 45. And the blonde saleswoman rudely told me that there is no policy that protects returns! I am speechless, such a thing has never happened to me, even many shops refund the money !! I'll never set foot in that shop again

Avevo telefonato per sapere modi e tempi per i resi, mi hanno detto 30 giorni di tempo, senza specificare che il prodotto che rendi durante saldi, automaticamente viene riprezzato e quindi perdi il 30% dei soldi che tu hai pagato! Assurdo, sbagliato e poca trasparenza, a cui si aggiunge la maleducazione.
Bad return policy! Rude saleswoman.
I phoned to find out ways and times for returns, they told me 30 days, without specifying that the product you return during sales, is automatically repriced and therefore you lose 30% of the money you paid! Absurd, wrong and little transparency, to which is added the rudeness.
