Ho creato e acquistato una piccola borsa, ma uscendo dal negozio mi sono accorta che era rovinata, la risposta del personale: "Siamo un outlet è normale non sia perfetta, abbiamo i prodotti di scarto!".
Io, in primo luogo penso che un outlet non debba vendere scarti di magazzino ma vecchi prodotti, in secondo luogo sono entrata per comprare una borsa adatta ad un abito e sono uscita con una borsa che non volevo perchè loro non avevano i cambi adatti ai prodotti danneggiati.
In conclusione ho dovuto spendere il doppio per una borsa che indosserò un giorno!
Mio consiglio: fate attenzione a quello che acquistate, le signorine ve lo presentano bene e sanno convincervi, ma se è danneggiato e non hanno più ricambi, non esiste un rimborso e un allegro pomeriggio di shopping si può velocemente trasformare in una grande DELUSIONE!
