★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concordo commessa molto maleducata, sono uscita senza comprare nulla. Sono andata nel negozio PUPA dove mi sono sempre trovata bene. L'educazione è un'altra cosa.
 I agree very rude saleswoman, I went out without buying anything. I went to the PUPA shop where I have always enjoyed myself. Education is something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Occhio ai prezzi soprattutto della nyx, sembrano ottimi perché c'è un ulteriore sconto ma in realta sono uguali a quelli del negozio nyx o del sito. Aumentano il prezzo base in modo che il prezzo outlet sia uguale a quello reale. State attenti perché non sono veri sconti outlet ma semplicemente sono i prezzi reali dei prodotti che si trovano nei negozi non outlet o sul sito.

They increase the base price so that the outlet price is the same as the real one. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La commessa che era in negozio questa mattina ( 21 Agosto 2020 ore 13.30 circa) é stata molto scortese . Alle domande di delucidazioni sui prodotti ha risposto o con monosillabi o addirittura con i gesti. Ovviamente non ho acquistato nulla , ma in quanto persona educata ho salutato. Lei non ha risposto.
The saleswoman who was in the shop this morning (21 August 2020 at about 1.30pm) was very rude. He answered questions about the products with monosyllables or even gestures. Obviously I didn't buy anything, but as a polite person I said hello. She didn't answer.

Complimenti.. Allora lei chiesto il rimborso, lei No devi prendere qualcos'altro e io le ho risposto, Giusto x vendere e allora lei mi ha buttato I soldi sulla banco come fossi una pezzente... Che Cafona... Cambia mestiere!!!!

Trucco perfettamente riuscito,signorina competente e gentile.
All 'uscita mi ha anche regalato dei campioncini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giorno 24/03/2022 ore 15:00 mi sono recata al negozio L'Oréal , sapendo quelle che volevo..come sempre sceglievo il prodotto da sola..visto per anni ho lavorato in profumeria a Milano.. ho trovato una giovane signorina addetta di vendita ( commessa per dire ) dietro la cassa .. nessun saluto..ne anche un cenno di saluto...vado in cassa per pagare..e chiedo alla commessa .. gentilmente se posso avere un campioncino... dalla VOCE sgarbata mi fa noi non abbiamo mai dato i campioncini..ho detto non è vero..da quando c'è questo outlet Village vengo sempre da voi.. coe non aveva ne anche da darmi il resto ..no comment ! Fatte licenziare
On 03/24/2022 at 15:00 I went to the L'Oréal shop, knowing what I wanted .. as always I chose the product myself .. seen for years I worked in perfumery in Milan .. I found a young woman Miss sales clerk (shop assistant to say) behind the cash desk .. no greeting .. nor even a nod of greeting ... I go to the till to pay .. and ask the saleswoman .. kindly if I can have a sample ... from RUDE VOICE makes me we have never given the samples .. I said it is not true .. since this outlet Village is there I always come to you .. coe did not even have to give me the rest .. no comment! Get fired
