★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza davvero terribile, siamo andati a comprare a colpo sicuro una collanina e nonostante il negozio fosse semivuoto come da foto (5 clienti non serviti che si guardavano in giro e 2 commesse che chiacchieravano) non ci è stato possibile acquistare quanto volevamo. La motivazione è stata che l'unico modello scelto era disponibile solo in vetrina e le dipendenti non volevano prenderlo e cambiare la disposizione dei restanti prodotti. Cosa mai successa e vista. Ci siamo sentito umiliati. Nonostante abbia scritto una mail di reclamo non abbiamo neppure ricevuto uno straccio di scuse. Valutazione negativa sotto ogni punto di vista nonostante noi si è stati il più possibile garbati e cortesi. Voto zero.
Really terrible experience, we went to buy a necklace without fail and although the shop was half-empty as in the photo (5 unserved customers looking around and 2 shop assistants chatting) we were unable to buy as much as we wanted. The reason was that the only model chosen was only available in the shop window and the employees did not want to take it and change the arrangement of the remaining products. What ever happened and seen. We felt humiliated. Despite having written an email of complaint, we have not even received a shred of apology. Negative evaluation from every point of view, although we were as polite and courteous as possible. Zero rating.
