★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata 2 volte in questo negozio la roba è molto bella ma il personale ( parlo di 1 commessa in particolare ) no ... sgarbata maleducata sono uscita molto insoddisfatta e incazzata . Se non ti piace il tuo lavoro... cambialo .
I have been 2 times in this shop the stuff is very beautiful but the staff (I speak of 1 job in particular) no ... rude rude I came out very dissatisfied and pissed off. If you don't like your job ... change it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in data 20 ottobre porto a riparare un braccialetto appena acquistato ad oggi 29 dicembre non mi è ancora stato restituito in data odierna mi sono recato nel negozio di Erbusco Centro Commerciale Le Porte Franche e la commessa con aria arrogante e supponente mi dice che devo aspettare dopo l'Epifania dico anche che è la terza volta che mi reco li per far fare un sollecito alla ditta ma niente nemmeno un piccolo mi scusi. Premetto che ho dato una stella perchè non esiste l'opzione 0 sicuramente non comprerò mai più in questo negozio VERGOGNOSO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un bracciale Pandora e da promozione avrei dovuto ricevere un omaggio, che non ho ricevuto in quanto la commessa 'si è scordata di dirlo alla cliente, con tutta le gente che passa' ed oltretutto 'l'omaggio è terminato' .
La Disonestà e la maleducazione del personale è imparagonabile.
Negozio assolutamente Sconsigliato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata da loro per comprare un bracciale e uno charm che non avevano e avrebbero ordinato. Sarebbe arrivato la settimana dopo e mi avrebbero telefonata. Sto ancora aspettando dopo 17gg e quando chiamo non risponde nessuno. Sono andata a rifornirmi da un'altra parte perché non ne vale la pena e ho trovato il doppio degli charm, di cui quello che mi serviva e che loro non avevano! E in più non mi hanno nemmeno proposto la carta fedeltà...quindi acquisto senza nemmeno un punto!
I went to them to buy a bracelet and a charm they didn't have and they would order. He would arrive the next week and they would call me. I'm still waiting after 17 days and when I call no one answers. I went to stock up somewhere else because it's not worth it and I found double the charms, what I needed and they didn't have! Plus they didn't even offer me the loyalty card ... so I buy without a single point!
