R	Rosanna Figliuolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ragno Outlet Franciacorta In questo negozio, capita spesso, specialmente nelle giornate di sabato e domenica, di non riuscire a trovare la taglia e/o il modello preferito, poiché all’interno c’è molta gente e l’unica (e ottima) commessa Chiara è davvero molto indaffarata nel servire i tanti clienti e stare contemporaneamente alla cassa. E’ effettivamente impossibile compiere il riassortimento in taglie, colori e modelli nonostante tutta la buona volontà e disponibilità della signora Chiara (che riesce comunque a cercare in diretta in magazzino la merce negli scatoloni), al fine di accontentare i clienti. La Direzione dovrebbe, infatti, valutare quantomeno la necessità di raddoppiare il personale di servizio nel fine settimana. Questo al fine di lasciare il tempo alle commesse di riassortire maggiormente i prodotti in modo che il cliente possa trovare ciò che cerca. Questo perché non tutte le persone riescono a tornare con calma durante la settimana, ma bisogna accontentarsi di quello che c’è esposto nel weekend e tante volte si esce a mani vuote. In particolare, mi ha colpito il negozio della Ragno dove era presente la sig.ra Chiara che ho avuto modo di conoscere ed ho potuto altresì constatare la sua bravura e disponibilità già evidenziate in precedenza dai diversi utenti nei vari commenti. E' infatti molto importante trovare una persona competente che sappia consigliare al meglio in base ai propri gusti ed interessi.
