★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La lungimiranza dell'allora responsabile dell'ex Azienda di Stato foreste demaniali del Corpo forestale dello Stato di Pescara ha permesso si preservasse questa seppur piccola area verde del lungomare tra Pescara e Montesilvano dall'assalto di costruttori famelici facendola assurgere a riserva naturale (...di Santa Filomena). Lode a chi ancora cerca di mantenerla pulita e vivibile. Peccato per la presenza dei soliti maleducati onnipresenti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un polmone verde tra Pescara e Montesilvano. Anche se ben tenuta con il tempo le copiose nevicate e le forti piogge degli ultini anni , il numero dei pini si è dimezzato.
 A green lung between Pescara and Montesilvano. Although the abundant snowfall and the heavy rains of the last few years have been well maintained over time, the number of pines has halved.
