Bhe ha propio ragione. Il suo grande tecnico ci ha messo più a scrivere il foglio lavoro ed a incassare gli 80 euro che se dimenticato di fare la manutenzione... hahahahahaha cambiate lavoro
they are absolutely not up to par, I called them to do the annual review they came they only stole 80 euros without doing anything, and from that day on the boiler no longer works .... VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY GOOD .. I RECOMMEND YOU TO REFER ELSEWHERE ...
Well he's right. His great technician took longer to write the worksheet and to collect the 80 euros than if you forgot to do the maintenance ... hahahahahaha change your job

Mi sento di scrivere ciò non tanto per me quanto sfogo ( perche’ per quello ci saranno i luoghi giusti ove sfogarsi e rivalere i sacro santi diritti dei consumatori) ma per aprire gli occhi a tanti futuri clienti con ditte del genere!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato la Ditta IMT per un problema di acqua calda, sono intervenuti piuttosto rapidamente per constatare, dopo una visione un pò sbrigativa della caldaia, che andava sostituito un pezzo (piastra/scambiatore). Nonostante il pezzo venga sostituito il problema persiste, li chiamo nuovamente e mi dicono che andrebbe sostituito un secondo pezzo (valvola a 3 vie), ad un costo che potrebbe attestarsi sui 200/250€, dopo aver già speso 260€ diluiti in 4 interventi in 10gg. A quel punto mi sono rivolta al tecnico di mia fiducia, sono più fortunata e riesco a prendere la linea. Con una spesa di 50€ mi ha risolto il problema, sostituendo un micro-commutatore. L'azienda mi è parsa poco preparata sul marchio Vaillant, ho chiesto se lo trattavano e la loro risposta è stata positiva. La mia esperienza un po' meno.
I contacted the IMT company for a hot water problem, they intervened rather quickly to ascertain, after a rather hasty inspection of the boiler, that a piece (plate / exchanger) had to be replaced. Although the piece is replaced, the problem persists, I call them again and they tell me that a second piece (3-way valve) should be replaced, at a cost that could be around € 200/250, after having already spent € 260 diluted in 4 interventions in 10 days. At that point I turned to my trusted technician, I'm luckier and I'm able to take the line. At a cost of € 50, he solved the problem by replacing a micro-switch. The company seemed unprepared for the Vaillant brand, I asked if they treated it and their response was positive. My experience a little less.
