★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un problema con un Pro Master dopo un azzeramento maldestro da parte mia... Hanno eseguito il corretto azzeramento e quando ho forzato la ricezione del segnale l'orologio ha preso subito il segnale e si è sincronizzato perfettamente .. Sono molto cortesi e competenti, inoltre per l'azzeramento non hanno voluto nessun compenso .. Che dire .. Grazie mille!!!!
 I had a problem with a Pro Master after an awkward reset on my part ... They performed the correct reset and when I forced the signal reception the watch immediately picked up the signal and synchronized perfectly .. They are very courteous and knowledgeable , also for the zeroing they did not want any compensation .. What can I say .. Thank you very much !!!!

Ha eseguito il lavoro immediatamente ( erano da togliere alcune maglie da un cinturino alquanto complicato) e mi ha fatto notare alcune cose dell'orologio per evitare di perdere la garanzia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un Citizen da far riparare perchè si era fermato, mi è stato fatto un preventivo da circa 150€ perche c'era da cambiare il movimento la corona e la guarnizione di tenuta dove era filtrata un po d'acqua.....
Non ho accettato il preventivo in quanto era per me troppo alto...
Ho portato l'orologio da un altro orologiaio vicino casa mia che dopo 4 giorni me lo ha riconsegnato funzionante dopo averlo solo asciugato e messo a caricare.
Deduco che sia il movimento sia la corona che tutto il resto funzionano perfettamente e che quindi avrei letteralmente regalato 150€ al signor Pimazzoni.
Non consiglio questo riparatore brutta esperienza.
I brought a Citizen to be repaired because it had stopped, I was given a quote for about € 150 because there was a need to change the movement, the crown and the seal where a little water had filtered .....
I did not accept the quote as it was too high for me ...
I took the watch to another watchmaker near my house who after 4 days returned it to me in working order after having only dried it and put it to wind.
I deduce that both the movement and the crown and everything else work perfectly and that therefore I would have literally given € 150 to Mr. Pimazzoni.
I do not recommend this bad experience repairman.
