Mozzarelle, burrate, ricotta, formaggi, fanno tante specialità una più buona dell’altra e a volte si può trovare il latte fresco in una bottiglia di vetro che si deve riportare vuota. Abbiamo assaggiato diversi prodotti, lo yogurt, lo stracchino, la mozzarella, la robiola tutti prodotti fatti in modo genuino, insomma i sapori di una volta che forse ci siamo disabituati a mangiare. In genere i latticini mi fanno male, ma spinta dai racconti dei due proprietari due giovani molto appassionati e che sanno fare questo difficile mestiere, li ho provati e come risultato, non solo non ho avuto nessun tipo di disturbo, ma non riuscitò più a mangiare i prodotti che compravo abitualmente, questi sono davvero genuini e a km 0!
