Professionalità e gentilezza nelle risposte, spiegazioni chiare, ed ho visto discreta pazienza da parte degli operatori nel gestire anziani o persone poco competenti sugli argomenti, spiegando a parole semplici e in modo facilmente comprensibile concetti a volte ostici. Ci confermano che non sarà evaso, oltre quell'ora, nessun servizio......Di solito in tutti gli uffici vengono serviti tutti i numeri residui....qua no! VERGOGNA! Siamo nelle mani di personale che purtroppo paghiamo e non ci restituisce quanto a noi spettante! Office with overcrowding of users and only two counters open ....... Ovviamente non interessano nuovi clienti!!!!
