After an initial approach that was not exactly positive, I received a visit from a young architect who immediately showed herself attentive to our needs and in a few days she developed a very nice project, complete with renderings and detailed explanations.

Gentili e disponibili fin da subito, soprattutto il geometra Bardi Alessandro che dopo vari appuntamenti e sopralluoghi, ci ha seguiti dall’inizio alla fine, suggerendoci anche modifiche a cui noi non avevamo neanche pensato quindi
Adesso anche se i mq sono i soliti la casa sembra molto più spaziosa e luminosa.
My wife and I contacted the Livorno agency for the complete renovation of our apartment consisting of kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom and closet. Kind and available immediately, especially the surveyor Bardi Alessandro who, after various appointments and inspections, followed us from start to finish, also suggesting changes we hadn't even thought of.
Now, even if the square meters are the usual, the house seems much more spacious and brighter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto negativa, cominciata bene e finita male. Una ristrutturazione parziale di un appartamento della durata di circa 40 giorni è durata quasi 5 mesi e si è trasformata in un incubo!! Poco professionali. Molto, molto deluso. L’impresa edile ha lasciato il lavoro a metà.
Non lo consiglio a nessuno
Very bad experience, started well and ended badly. A partial renovation of an apartment lasting about 40 days lasted almost 5 months and turned into a nightmare !! Unprofessional. Very, very disappointed. The construction company left the job halfway.
I don't recommend it to anyone
