★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale è aperto da qualche mese ma il "marchio" è molto noto in zona: Paolella da anni è sinonimo di mozzarella di bufala e il successo di questo punto vendita particolare lo dimostra. Metà negozio e metà luogo dove mangiare più che uno spuntino, offre tutti prodotti tipici e di alta qualità! Dalle mozzarelle di bufala da loro lavorate, ai salumi del luogo, passando dal pane casereccio di incredibile sapore ai vini, pochi ma selezionati, tutto è scelto con cura.
L'ambiente è luminoso e gradevole e il personale gentile che saprà anche consigliarvi sui migliori prodotti stagionali e sempre freschissimi.
Da ultimo, un piccolo banco di cibi già pronti e cucinati da mangiare in loco o portare a casa.
Prezzi adeguati alla qualità dei prodotti.
The restaurant has been open for a few months but the "brand" is well known in the area: for years Paolella has been synonymous with buffalo mozzarella and the success of this particular store proves it. Half shop and half place to eat more than a snack, it offers all typical and high quality products! From the buffalo mozzarella worked by them, to the local salami, passing from the homemade bread of incredible flavor to the wines, few but selected, everything is chosen with care.
The environment is bright and pleasant and the friendly staff who will also be able to advise you on the best seasonal and always fresh products.

In quel territorio Fondi,ne ho girato diversi do a tutti una buona media ma quest'ultimo bufaLeat sono rimasto veramente contento, chi mi ha portato una amica dicendomi (conoscendo che sono un appassionato di prodotti di bufale) che questo produttore mi avrebbe allontanato dagli altri gli altri da ma conosciuti. In effetti è vero anche perché ho capito che fanno anche consegne a domicilio. Onestamente non so fino a quanto Km arrivano ma a Roma da vengono. Mi sono iscritto non vado l'ora di fare una prova. Ciao
