STESSO SCHERZETTO ANCHE AMICI CHE ERANO CON NOI. HO CERCATO DI CONTATTARLI TELEFONICAMENTE MA NULLA DA FARE. CONSIGLIO? NON ANDATECI , CE NE SONO DI MIGLIORI. I WAS THERE ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON WITH MY WIFE, NORMAL LOCAL BUT A LITTLE DISORDER. MOZZARELLA PROBABLY NOT BUFFALO'S MILK ONLY. BUT THE REAL BUFFALO IS ABOUT THE WEIGHT: ON 1.5 KG OF PRODUCT THERE ARE ABOUT 200 GRAMS LESS THAN MOZZARELLA, I BELIEVE THAT THEY HAVE ALSO WEIGHED A LOT OF SERUM! SEE PHOTOS. SAME TRICK ALSO FRIENDS WHO WERE WITH US. I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM BY PHONE BUT NOTHING TO DO. ADVICE? DON'T GO THERE, THERE ARE BETTER.
a	alfredo mampieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebbene si possa trovare di meglio, la mozzarella è di buona qualità. Discreta la ricotta mista mucca/bufala, ed il prosciutto di Bassiano è di buon livello. Comodo l'accesso stradale sulla via Pontina, direzione Roma, con disponibilità di parcheggio interno. Although it can be found better, the mozzarella is of good quality. The mixed cow / buffalo ricotta and the Bassiano ham are of a good standard. Convenient road access on via Pontina, towards Rome, with internal parking available.

Senza contare una scortesia sorprendente. After years of tasty and good mozzarella recently we had and again the unpleasant surprise to buy a mozzarella dairy-free buffalo that had little .... in fact it was just a hoax! Not to mention a surprising rudeness.

La mozzarella di bufala è imperdibile!!!??? eccellente non troppo salata e ricca di latte. Ottima anche la loro selezione di formaggi molti fatti da loro...ma imperdibile è la loro ricotta. Hanno anche prodotti alimentari di ottima qualità. fermatevi! The dairy is on the way to or from Rome to go to Circeo / Terracina. Convenient with ample parking. The buffalo mozzarella is not to be missed !!! ??? excellent not too salty and rich in milk. Their selection of cheeses is also excellent, many made by them ... but a must is their ricotta. Le ipotesi sono tre: 1) Non è il loro mestiere. 2) mi hanno rifilato mozzarelle vecchie. 3) si approfittano del cliente di passaggio pensando di non rivederlo più. P.S. In occasione dell'acquisto un altro cliente si lamentava della scarsa qualità della ricotta. La signora al banco vendita, trattandolo abbastanza male, affermava che nessuno si era mai lamentato. Dalla personale esperienza e dalle recensioni tenderei a credere al cliente. Bad buffalo mozzarella, without a drop of milk inside and completely tasteless. The hypotheses are three: 1) It is not their profession. 2) I have trimmed old mozzarellas. 3) take advantage of the passing customer thinking they will never see him again. P.S. On the occasion of the purchase another customer complained about the poor quality of the ricotta. The lady at the sales counter, treating him badly, said that no one had ever complained. From my personal experience and reviews I tend to believe in the customer.

Molti salumi però sono sottovuoto e dunque inibiti alla vendita. Tavoli e sedie in plastica all'esterno, ombreggiati ma un po' malridotti.parcheggio all'aperto, abbastanza spazioso. Great sandwiches, a little too basic the service. The lady at the counter doesn't make sandwiches, but sells you all the ingredients. Many cured meats, however, are vacuum-packed and therefore inhibited for sale. Plastic tables and chairs outside, shaded but a bit run down. Outdoor parking, quite spacious.

Abbiamo mangiato in terrazza vista mare ,ne vale la pena..... Been the first time, the fish is fresh, I have not eaten the pasta, I preferred to throw myself on the second I can say both the fry, the aubergines with shrimp and the appetizer was really good. La pesata in negozio non era stata effettuata. La busta è stata venduta a un prezzo fisso di 8 €. Non saremo più clienti di questo negozio. Disappointed not so much by the quality of the product (average) but by the fact of having purchased 5 mozzarella balls declared by the seller total weight of 500g, declared packaging 500g as in the photo, weight not drained 950g, weighed at home 370g !!! The in-shop weighing was not done. The envelope was sold for a fixed price of € 8. We will no longer be customers of this shop.
