★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo nel paese delle mozzarelle di bufala è veramente raro trovare un caseificio che produce formaggi di latte vaccino di ottima qualità. Fiordilatte, ricotta, caciocavalli affumicati e non ,mozzarelline ecc. Prezzi assolutamente onesti. Il latte viene dalle loro vacche. Sono 2 fratelli aiutati dalla mamma che mandano avanti l'attività in modo egregio. Ci tornerò.
Excellent in the land of buffalo mozzarella, it is really rare to find a dairy that produces excellent quality cow's milk cheeses. Fiordilatte, ricotta, smoked and non-smoked caciocavalli, mozzarella etc. Absolutely fair prices. Milk comes from their cows. They are 2 brothers helped by their mother who run the business in an excellent way. I will be back.
