Degne di nota le mozzarelle di bufala e le cremose ricottine. Merita la deviazione. Excellent closed cycle dairy. Female management, courteous and very prepared. La top a mio avviso resta nel casertano ma anche questa è ottima senza dubbio. Visto il continuo afflusso al caseificio conviene probabilmente chiamare e prenotare per nn rimanere senza, per esempio in Agosto quando c'è tanto turismo. Una mi parlava bene del prodotto e l'altra mi ha descritto il trattamento delle bufale che vengono lavate continuamente per evitargli le fastidiose mucche cavalline e avere un latte migliore, devo aggiungere che le ragazze addette alla vendita sono di una gentilezza strepitosa, come primo acquisto mi hanno regalato qualche Ciliegina da assaggiare che non sono arrivate a casa Erano talmente buone che le ho finite tutte per strada complimenti. Se volete mangiare la migliore mozzarella dell'agro pontino andate direttamente al caseificio macchiusi non ve ne pentirete, anche il prezzo è ottimo! Si possono trovare anche altri formaggi tipo pecorino, provolone e altro che personalmente non ho provato. Consigliatissimo !! Recommended by a friend, this dairy is the kingdom of mozzarella and the wonderful buffalo ricotta. Abbiamo fatto il giro dell'azienda accompagnati dalla gentilezza e professionalità della Signora Monica che ci ha 'presentato' le sue bufale (tenute in ottime condizioni) e illustrato tutti i meccanismi dietro la produzione di una mozzarella. Al termine del giro, abbiamo potuto assaggiare i prodotti tipici: mozzarella , caciocavallo e ricotta appena fatti...squisiti!!! Staff gentilissimo e prodotti ottimi: complimenti!!! Esperienza consigliatissima! I had the pleasure of visiting this dairy thanks to a gastronomic tour organized by Oscar: a new and young tour operator from Agro Pontino. We went around the company accompanied by the kindness and professionalism of Mrs. Monica who 'presented' her buffaloes (kept in excellent condition) and illustrated all the mechanisms behind the production of a mozzarella. At the end of the tour, we were able to taste the typical products: freshly made mozzarella, caciocavallo and ricotta ... exquisite !!! Very kind staff and excellent products: congratulations !!!
