È intitolata nella parte occidentale alla Vittoria (1ª guerra mondiale) e in quella orientale ai martiri del 7 luglio 1960. Si contraddistingue da una moderna fontana posta a fronte del teatro municipale e dall’essere una zona completamente pedonale che ospita mercatini e mercati settimanali.
It is a system of two squares that embrace the cultural and commercial heart of the historic center: from the Valli municipal theater, to the Ariosto theater, to the people's park, to the civic museums, to the San Rocco block. It is dedicated in the western part to the Victory (1st World War) and in the eastern part to the martyrs of July 7, 1960. It is characterized by a modern fountain located in front of the municipal theater and by being a completely pedestrian area that hosts weekly markets and markets.
