★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la fontana storica non è aperta e non è ben tenuta si richiede almeno la manutenzione ordinaria per preservarla. Le panchine o sono rotte o sono state smontate.
 Unfortunately, the historic fountain is not open and is not well maintained, at least routine maintenance is required to preserve it. The benches are either broken or have been taken apart.

La piazza funge anche da rotonda per lo smistamento del traffico ed intorno ad esse sorgono alcune delle principali attività della città. Consiglio caldamente di passare per scattare qualche foto
Wonderful and now ancient square of the city, which houses a fountain with a walkable staircase. The square also acts as a roundabout for the sorting of traffic and around them some of the main activities of the city arise. I highly recommend that you drop by to take some photos

Ciao Pzza Europa is the geographical center of Cosenza. Features the fountains, which have always been a destination for tourists. I think it's time for a restyling, ours is a growing city, attention to detail is important in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Degrado ed incuria dominano in angolo moderno e potenzialmente bello di Cosenza. Dovrebbe essere un bello e moderno snodo della città ed invece è solo l'inizio di via del Degrado......pardon via Panebianco.
Decay and neglect dominate in a modern and potentially beautiful corner of Cosenza. It should be a beautiful and modern hub of the city and instead it is only the beginning of via del Degrado ...... sorry via Panebianco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing special in a city that is just a regular mid-sized one in Calabria. This review is more to let the lost tourist know that there are some cafes there, maybe a small restaurant or two, but don't be surprised to find almost everything closed if it is a weekend, winter, Monday, Friday or whatsoever reason that the restaurants there find to close.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although it is considered a historical landmark, it appeared to be neglected, the water in the fountain is murky, the fountains are in need of cleaning, there's no place to sit and dog droppings are all over the place, although we limited the time spent there it was a very unpleasant experience.
Properly executed maintenance plan should be able to completely transform this place.
