Quando ho chiesto se almeno si potevano recupare le foto e i contatti la risposta è stata: "NO! la colpa è la vostra che non fate i back-up! Adesso è tardi". (In seguito mi sono rivolto in un ALTRO riferimento in città, dove con una migliore educazione mi hanno fatto un preventivo in un paio di giorni, e con 60€ hanno sostituito la batteria e componenti danneggiati, non citando per niente al fatto che fosse difficile aprirlo o fosse irrecuperabile, anzi lo smartphone è tornato completamente operativo). In conclusione, Non metterò mai più piede in questo negozio e lo sconsiglio a tutti quanti, causa la evidente poca professionalità e poca disponibilità mostrata nell'esperienza personale descritta. - Stefano.
