The pharmacy is well maintained and I would say quite well stocked, but the courtesy of the staff is not the best, and I believe that for a service of this type the relationship with the customer is very important.

Ogni volta ho trovato delle difficoltà, soprattutto sulle prenotazioni,cavilli su cavilli,che in altre farmacie vengono risolti in breve tempo e spiegati più chiaramente.stamattina ero in zona e ho riprovato,avevo solo bisogno di un green pass per mio figlio,ero l'unico cliente ma mi hanno rifiutato il servizio,senza una spiegazione decente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmacia di Faenza un po' sottovalutata sebbene sia in centro cittadino. Personale cordiale e gentile. Pieno rispetto delle disposizioni anti COVID. Non sempre hanno il prodotto richiesto ma nell'arco di una giornata te lo procurano. Prezzi leggermente sopra la media. Parcheggio limitrofo veramente difficile da trovare.
A little underestimated pharmacy in Faenza even though it is in the city center. Friendly and polite staff. Full compliance with anti-COVID provisions. They do not always have the requested product but within a day they get it for you. Prices slightly above average. Really difficult to find nearby parking.
