N	Natalia Isac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, farmacista feroce, sono stata oggi per restituire un prodotto e mi ha trattato malissimo, molto maleducata, non sa parlare con i clienti. Aveva detto che mi cambia il prodotto o mi fa il buono ma quando avevo detto che non sono una sua cliente mi ha restituito il prodotto e lo scontrino(sono passati 10 giorni), anche se non poteva cambiarmi il prodotto non mi doveva mancare di rispetto...aveva detto che era il capo. Non ho mai incontrato una fatmacista cosi maleducata, ve la sconsiglio veramente! Bad experience, fierce pharmacist, I was today to return a product and he treated me very badly, very rude, he cannot speak to customers. He said he would change the product or give me the voucher but when I said that I am not a client of his, he returned the product and the receipt (10 days have passed), even if he could not change the product, I should not have disrespected ... he said he was the boss. Hanno a messo a disposizione dei clienti un parcheggio subito davanti alla farmacia riservato, quindi sempre disponibile e comodo. Attraverso il numero di WhatsApp puoi ordinare i medicinali in anticipo e informarti se quel farmaco lo hanno subito disponibile o meno. Ti preparano già la tua confezione con quello richiesto e devi solo pagare. sono inoltre davvero disponibile per ogni tipo di chiarimento o dubbio. Brave!! Ambiente pulito, personale molto gentile e premuroso. Se non hanno un farmaco o altro in negozio, lo procurano per il giorno dopo. Non è mai troppo affollato, quasi mai fatto attesa. Si possono fare prenotazioni CUP. Ben seguite le regole anticovid. Pharmacy located in a very convenient area to arrive by car, very easy to find parking nearby. Clean environment, very kind and caring staff. If they don't have a drug or something in store, they get it for the next day. It is never too crowded, almost never waiting.
