Ho chiamato una prima volta, non ho ricevuto risposta e non sono stata richiamata. Ho riprovato dopo qualche giorno, non ho ricevuto risposta ma, dopo un paio d'ore, sono stata richiamata. Il proprietario, per altro molto gentile, mi ha detto che sarebbe venuto nel pomeriggio per vedere il lavoro da fare e mi sono raccomandata che mi chiamasse prima di arrivare, in modo che io fossi in casa. Nessuno ha chiamato, nessuno è venuto e nessuno si è preoccupato di avvisare il giorno stesso o di richiamare nei giorni seguenti. Ho aspettato qualche giorno e poi ho richiamato. Il proprietario mi ha detto che sarebbe venuto la mattina dopo ma, siccome era fuori e non aveva l'agenda con gli appuntamenti, mi avrebbe richiamato più tardi per confermarmi l'orario. La ditta contattata successivamente ha valutato i materiali usati molto scadenti e hanno dovuto rifare il lavoro. Per sicurezza prima di rifarlo, mi sono rivolto ad un'altra ditta ancora, che ha valutato a sua volta esattamente allo stesso modo i materiali usati (scadenti). MAI PIù ZERO assistance, so much so that we had to turn to others, after 1 year of waiting for an intervention that never took place for a repair. D	Davide 911 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corre subito quando c'è da fare un preventivo, incassa acconto, poi non rispetta scadenze, fa aspettare mesi e mesi (in certi casi, ho sentito, anche anni), non risponde al telefono, non richiama, fa rispondere ad altri, insomma fa quello che vuole fregandosene delle rimostranze fatte anche personalmente (si scusa, promette e poi non mantiene nuovamente ripetute volte). Dopo aver sollecitato per 3/4 mesi oltre scadenza concordata (andando personalmente in azienda anche 3-4 volte a settimana alle 7 di mattina, perchè dopo è irreperibile), ha posato infissi (di buona qualità, ma) NON di misura, con cornici e vetri disallineati, non rispettando scadenze lavoro altri artigiani, senza venire (a lavoro fatto) a registrare finestre e porte-finestre (alcune delle quali si chiudono male o non si chiudono) pagate, in anticipo, alll'80%.. ma tutt'altro che a regola d'arte. Se gli si fa notare la cosa civilmente ed educatamente, diventa anche verbalmente aggressivo e vuole aver ragione a tutti i costi. Personaggio da evitare.
