Medication ordered and available in the system but never made it to the pharmacy, I had to go elsewhere.

Chi va in farmacia va per necessità e probabilmente qualsiasi domamda ha un suo perché.
Non metterò più piede in questa farmacia.

Arrogance and lack of professionalism
Who goes to the pharmacy goes out of necessity and probably any domamda has its own why.
I will never set foot in this pharmacy again.

Alla richiesta di una determinata marca di tamponi, per un'esigenza specifica indicata dal medico (per la riproducibilità dei risultati nella valutazione giornaliera), mi è stato detto che ora ci permettiamo di chiedere anche la marca. Il tutto seguito da arroganza, scherno e clima negativo, arrivando a una lite evitabile.
La cultura non la fa un foglio di carta ma la predisposizione al dialogo e l'apertura mentale.
Bad experience at best. When asked for a specific brand of tampons, for a specific need indicated by the doctor (for the reproducibility of the results in the daily evaluation), I was told that now we allow ourselves to ask for the brand as well. All followed by arrogance, mockery and a negative climate, leading to an avoidable quarrel.
Culture does not make a sheet of paper but the predisposition to dialogue and open-mindedness.
