Mi é stato fatto pagare €34 e il prezzo era stato descritto (un svogliatamente) in questa maniera: 10€ di attivazione + €8 per la prima ricarica + 2 ricariche da €8 per i mesi successivi. In realtá, il mese successivo mi arriva il messaggio da ho dicendo che il mio credito non era sufficiente per effettuare la ricarica. Ma come?? Avrei dovuto avere 16€ rimasti dalle due ricariche pagate. Ho telefonato al servizio assistenza clienti dove mi é stato riferito che mi erano stati caricati extra €10 che non dovevano esserci. Torno al negozio, il ragazzo che ha parlato con me (decisamente più gentile di quello che ritengo essere il titolare che mi ha venduto la sim all’inizio), mi ha “raccontato” che nei 10€ di attivazione della sim non sono compresi i 10€ della effettiva sim. Io un po perplessa ho ribadito che non mi fosse stato spiegato all’inizio che ci fossero 20€ da pagare di attivazione + costo della sim e che anche ho assistenza clienti mi avesse confermato questo. Non mi é stato offerto rimborso e/o scuse e anzi, ribadendo che io avessi capito male ..(apro parentesi, mia sorella andata nello stesso negozio dopo due settimane, riporta le stesse problematiche.... bah) Allego foto di sito internet dove descrive esplicitamente le spese di attivazione & sim €10 in tutto e spedizione GRATUITA!! I go back to the shop, the guy who talked to me (much kinder than the one I believe to be the owner who sold me the sim at the beginning), "told me" that the 10 € for activating the sim does not include the 10 € of the actual sim. A little perplexed, I reiterated that it had not been explained to me at the beginning that there was € 20 to pay for activation + cost of the sim and that I also have customer support confirmed this. I was not offered a refund and / or apology and indeed, reiterating that I had misunderstood .. (I open parenthesis, my sister went to the same shop after two weeks, she reports the same problems .... bah) I attach photos of the website where it explicitly describes the activation costs & sim € 10 in all and FREE shipping !!

Entro comunque, per capire il motivo e trovo molta arroganza e zero disponibilità. Capisco tutto, ma ci sono modi e modi. Si poteva avvisare da subito che non funzionava il sistema senza farci aspettare ore inutilmente fuori.
