Ho speso 130€ e dopo solo un'ora,UN'ORA ,l'iPhone non funzionava dinuovo più
Ho chiesto spiegazioni e oltre a nn darmi nessun tipo di assistenza,oltre a nn rimborsarmi NULLA mi è stato detto che era colpa di Apple e che avrei dovuto aspettare un aggiornamento!
Mi sono rivolta da un'altra parte e guarda caso ora il mio iPhone funziona!

I brought an iPhone to fix it
I spent 130 € and after only an hour, ONE HOUR, the iPhone was not working again
I asked for explanations and besides giving me no assistance whatsoever, besides not refunding me ANYTHING I was told that it was Apple's fault and that I would have to wait for an update!
I turned away and it just so happens my iPhone works!
Beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver portato un l'Iphone 5 per una semplice sostituzione della batteria perché si trattava dell'unica problematica che aveva, me lo sono ritrovato con i tasti Home e Blocco schermo contemporaneamente fuori uso e senza una valida motivazione, ora mi trovo pertanto con un telefono utilizzabile solo esclusivamente con l'Assistive Touch.
After bringing an Iphone 5 for a simple battery replacement because it was the only problem it had, I found it with the Home and Screen Lock keys at the same time out of order and without a valid reason, now I am therefore with a phone that can only be used with the Assistive Touch.
