Attualmente il servizio è pessimo e con questo personale che fa pesare le proprie competenze, non del tutto valide si rendono costantemente in grado di rendere gli utenti vulnerabili. Spero che cambino atteggiamento o vengano redarguite anche con il licenziamento. Superb staff (latest hires) that make the service gloomy and gloomy towards the users who enter it every day. Anche se sono sotto lo studio medico puntualmente non hanno mai le medicine che prescrivono i medici e la loro classica risposta è "l'ho finita devo ordinarla'. Ma stiamo scherzando, una farmacia che rimane sempre senza medicinali!!!!! Assolutamente da evitare Slow, listless, rude and incompetent staff. D	Dawi DT. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio 7 su 7 ha ampliamene peggiorato la qualità, personale supponente e "scazzato", una zona di ingresso mal presidiato con un'inserviente non farmacista che serviva senza averne titolo ricette e che essendo all'ingresso manco saluta! Farmacisti al banco che parlano amabilmente dei fatti loro senza curasi della fila e schifando le richieste di servizi a basso costo. In ultimo ho assistito alla sfuriata di un tipo ( penso il proprietario ) non molto alto che è uscito da dietro urlando contro un farmacista che ha borbottato tutto il tempo. Direi che è l'esempio di come non lavorare. Ora che le ricette arrivano per e-mail non ci metto più piede per mia nonna. Una che allegramente se la raccontava con la cliente/amica ... e ci può anche stare, ma non se questo va ad influire sulla gestione dell'affluenza e soprattutto se diventa conversazione privata tra amiche (proprietaria di bar, la madre la stava sostituendo al bar, non riusciva a fare un negroni, ecc...). L'altra collega farmacista che, senza apparente motivo, da dietro il bancone parte, si avvicina alla signora in coda dietro ad altri (probabilmente sua conoscente) e le chiede di cosa ha bisogno. Arriva con farmaco e scontrino, la signora porge i contanti e la farmacista riparte per la cassa tornando con il resto. Ed io, letteralmente SENZA PAROLE!
