Sono riusciti a identificare il problema, consigliandomi la soluzione migliore. Persone molto precise. Honest and very helpful professionals! Per mio errore (ribadisco, mio errore) mi dimentico della garanzia e penso sia un problema di batteria (se mi fossi ricordato della garanzia non sarei andato a spendere altri soldi...). Vado lo stesso pomeriggio in un negozio (a 200 metri da Phone Solutions) per sostituire la batteria. Il negoziante si accorge subito che il cellulare è in corto. E mi dice subito (dispiaciuto) che se era in garanzia potevo portarlo nel negozio dell'acquisto. Purtroppo per cambiare la batteria ha rotto i sigilli di garanzia interni. Ma aihmè, la testa a volte è da altre parti. Vado immediatamente (5 minuti dopo) presso il negozio: da subito accolto con distacco e freddezza. Poi ci hanno messo 1 settimana per dirmi che era in corto e, naturalmente, non mi riconoscevano la garanzia, perchè il cellulare per loro è manomesso. Consiglio? Ricordatevi della garanzia, non comprate ricondizionati e soprattutto fidatevi anche dell'umanità delle persone. La clientela si crea anche in questa maniera. Cercherò (anche nel mio piccolo gruppo di conoscenze e amicizie) di parlare il più possibile di questa mia pessima esperienza con questo negozio. And he immediately tells me (sorry) that if it was under warranty I could take it to the shop of the purchase. Unfortunately to change the battery he broke the internal warranty seals. But alas, the head is sometimes elsewhere. I go immediately (5 minutes later) to the shop: immediately greeted with detachment and coldness. Then it took them 1 week to tell me that it was short and, of course, they did not recognize the guarantee, because the cell phone is tampered with for them. Advice? Remember the guarantee, do not buy refurbished and above all also trust the humanity of people. The clientele is also created in this way. I will try (even in my small group of acquaintances and friendships) to talk as much as possible about my bad experience with this shop.

Sono riusciti nel primo caso a salvarmi i dati di un telefono dopo svariati tentativi falliti altrove, che ormai erano dati per spacciati, e nel secondo caso mi hanno sostituito in meno di un’ora ed a un prezzo veramente concorrenziale il vetrino della fotocamera principale dell’iPhone, riportandolo esattamente pari al nuovo. In questo posto si trovano cordialità e gentilezza, disponibilità e non per ultimo una professionalità unica. Continuerò a rivolgermi a loro anche in futuro perché ormai per me sono sinonimo di garanzia. Consiglio vivamente!
