★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo fatto il test del coronavirus, sul foglio che la ragazza mi hai dato erra positivo, però sull aplicativo della IOS ci arriva come tampone negativo, nel applicativo ci da stessa ora e data del foglio, alla fine vogliono solo il soldi per uno secondo tamponi che comunque abbiamo prenotato da lazise

Hanno adibito un sottoscala buio e angusto a “stanza tamponi”, inoltre comunicano l’esito del tampone urlando ad alta voce nel piazzale il cognome del cliente e il rispettivo risultato.
Rude and unprofessional as well as not very respectful of customer privacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segnalo in primo luogo la Maleducazione del ragazzo che registra i dati delle persone all’entrata. Oltretutto, ho prenotato un tampone Covid sapendo di essere positiva, avendone fatto uno poco prima a casa, dopo 10 min scarsi mi è stato consegnato l’esito NEGATIVO, ho segnalato il problema alla ragazza all’entrata e richiamandomi dentro, insieme all’operatrice addetta ai tamponi, mi è stato consegnato subito dopo un nuovo esito POSITIVO!! Mi sembra doveroso segnalare questo fatto in quanto potrei essere andata in giro positiva con l’esito di un tampone negativo!!!!!!!
First of all, I would like to point out the rudeness of the boy who records the data of people at the entrance. Moreover, I booked a Covid tampon knowing I was positive, having done one shortly before at home, after 10 minutes I was given the NEGATIVE result, I reported the problem to the girl at the entrance and calling me back inside, together with the operator tampon officer, it was delivered to me immediately after a new POSITIVE result !! It seems only right to report this fact as I could have gone around positive with the result of a negative swab !!!!!!!
