★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliche Damen, sehr bemüht das richtige zu finden, reibungsloser Ablauf. War eher eine kleinere Apotheke, trotzdem bekommt man bestimmt das, was man benötigt.
 Friendly ladies, tried very hard to find the right one, smooth process. Was more of a smaller pharmacy, but you can still get what you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi in data 20/08/2021 volevo ringraziare il dottore Ugo che in maniera molto professionale anche se in orario di chiusura ha capito il problema di mio figlio non ha esitato a darmi consigli giusti ed il farmaco adatto. Grazie mille dottore Ugo dovrebbero esserci più medici come lei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di solito c'è una signora fantastica mentre oggi ho trovato una signora molto scorbutica e arrogante. Chiedere è lecito mentre per questa signora rispondere non è cortesia. Peccato. Ormai la tolleranza e l'educazione non esistono più, nemmeno in una farmacia.
Ed invece di avere l'umiltà di scusarsi è più facile negare l'accaduto e continuare con l'arroganza.
There is usually a great lady while today I found a very grumpy and arrogant lady. Asking is lawful while for this lady answering is not courtesy. Sin. Tolerance and education no longer exist, not even in a pharmacy.
And instead of having the humility to apologize, it's easier to deny what happened and continue with arrogance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 19/10/2021 mi recavo in farmacia per ritirare dei medicinali, sprovvisto di mascherina la signorina dietro il banco si è offerta gentilmente di procurarmene una senza che io abbia chiesto nulla e senza alcun avviso mi mette in conto la mascherina 0,53cent. È stata disonesta perché potevo uscire e prenderne una delle mie. Fate attenzione, non mi vedrà mai più in quella farmacia ero assiduo per i vari medicinali. un fattore importante, oltre avermela offerta e fatta pagare più del prezzo imposto dallo stato mi veniva offerta senza bustina di protezione a brevi mani e senza guanti dalla signora alla cassa cosa si può pensare? RIFLETTETE!!!! disponibile a qualsiasi confronto.

Vado sempre alla farmacia di San Benedetto dalla dottoressa Elisa e il suo meraviglioso staff, non solo preparati professionalmente, ma anche gentili, sempre disponibili pazienti, sempre con un sorriso ed una parola di conforto . grazie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Squallida ..... mia mamma è andata con la ricetta sul telefono per prendere le gocce che giornalmente prende ..non gliele hanno date nonostante ricetta sul telefono perché volevano cartaceo .... premetto che mia mamma non abita a San Benedetto ma abbiano la casa vicino alla farmacia da 7 anni ... poi non importa se danno medicinali a gente che conoscono senza ricetta? Comunque non importa è dovuta andare alla farmacia di Sirmione dove gliele hanno date senza problemi perché hanno capito la situazione …è’ veramente assurdo che una persona di sabato deve stare male perché non danno il medicinale nonostante la ricetta era di tre gg fa …assurdo

I state that my mom does not live in San Benedetto but they have the house near the pharmacy for 7 years ... then it doesn't matter if they give medicines to people they know without a prescription? However, it does not matter, she had to go to the pharmacy in Sirmione where they gave them to her without any problems because they understood the situation ... it is really absurd that a person on Saturday must be sick because they do not give the medicine even though the recipe was three days ago ... absurd
