Per me è la farmacia più comoda" fuori casa "e sono felice di poter dire che ormai non è più solo una questione di comodità, ma ci torno proprio perchè lo spirito del personale è quello di chi è felice di poter lavorare tutti i giorni e aiutare qualcuno. Tutte le persone che ci lavorano sono SEMPRE super gentili e sorridenti, veloci e qualunque problema lo risolvono in un attimo e con meno disturbo possibile per il cliente. Ottima! It is difficult to write a review on a pharmacy, but I can't spare myself because in this case you can see the difference compared to many other pharmacies. For me it is the most comfortable pharmacy "away from home" and I am happy to say that now it is no longer just a question of comfort, but I am going back precisely because the spirit of the staff is that of those who are happy to be able to work every day and help someone. All the people who work there are ALWAYS super nice and smiling, fast and they solve any problem in a moment and with less disturbance for the customer. Excellent!
M	Monica di ventura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo è l'unica farmacia presente in questa località balneare, il personale è decisamente poco "empatico" con i clienti (forse perchè turisti?). Munita di prescrizione veterinaria ho semplicemente chiesto con estrema cortesia di poter avere il medesimo prodotto indicato, un semplice antiparassitario per cani che si trova nei negozi specializzati e quindi vendibile senza ricetta, nella confezione più piccola perchè più economica, mi hanno risposto che avrei dovuto recarmi nuovamente dal veterinario e fare una nuova prescrizione. Incommentabile!!!! Chiaramente non l'ho acquistato e neanche ho replicato perché era un' inutile perdita di tempo, avendo in altre occasioni percepito in questa farmacia trattamenti diversi a seconda del cliente. Mi sono recata presso la farmacia di Alba Adriatica e l'ho ordinato senza problemi. Ennesima dimostrazione che "l'abito non fa il monaco"!!! Unfortunately it is the only pharmacy in this seaside resort, the staff is decidedly not "empathetic" with customers (perhaps because tourists?). Equipped with a veterinary prescription I simply asked with extreme courtesy to be able to have the same product indicated, a simple pesticide for dogs that is found in specialized shops and therefore sold without a prescription, in the smaller package because it is cheaper, they replied that I should go again to the vet and make a new prescription. Incommentabile !!!! Clearly I didn't buy it and I didn't even reply because it was a useless waste of time, having on other occasions perceived in this pharmacy different treatments according to the customer. I went to the Alba Adriatica pharmacy and ordered it without problems. Yet another demonstration that "the dress does not make the monk" !!!
m	massimo delle fave on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non ho trovato la professionalità che dovrebbe essere assicurata in un luogo importante come una farmacia.Il cliente è un puntino qualunque dentro un grande supermercato! Poco fornita a livello farmacologico ci sono andato 2 volte e ho dovuto sempre ordinare il medicinale. Personale "freddo" poco propenso al dialogo con i clienti, forse cordiale soltanto con i residenti di Villa Rosa. Non credo di tornarci preferisco fare due passi in più ed andare a quella di Martinsicuro. Unfortunately I have not found the professionalism that should be assured in an important place such as a pharmacy. The customer is just a little bit inside a large supermarket! Poorly supplied on a pharmacological level I went 2 times and I always had to order the medicine. "Cold" staff not inclined to dialogue with customers, perhaps friendly only with the residents of Villa Rosa. I don't think I will go back I prefer to take two more steps and go to Martinsicuro.
