★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata poco fa per acquistare dei farmaci; vedendo diverse persone in fila e avendo bisogno di acquistare anche degli integratori mi fermo davanti all’espositore di questi ultimi. Vengo aiutata da una delle farmaciste, molto gentile e disponibile, che mi fornisce una breve spiegazione di tutti i prodotti disponibili. Non si può dire la stessa cosa di un’altra farmacista, (presumo la proprietaria) una grandissima maleducata che poco dopo mi invita ad uscire fuori dal negozio con toni poco cortesi solo perché stavo ancora decidendo cosa comprare e per averle detto che non avevo bisogno di aiuto. Ho preso i farmaci di cui avevo bisogno, il resto lo comprerò altrove.
I entered a little while ago to buy drugs; seeing several people in a row and also needing to buy supplements, I stop in front of the exhibitor. I am helped by one of the pharmacists, very kind and helpful, who gives me a brief explanation of all the available products. You can't say the same thing about another pharmacist, (I assume the owner) a very big rude person who shortly after invites me to come out of the store with un courteous tones just because I was still deciding what to buy and for telling her I didn't need help. I took the drugs I needed, the rest I will buy elsewhere.

Non ci metterò mai più piede e lo sconsiglio vivamente a tutti. Sulla nazionale c'è un'altra farmacia, non ci vuole nulla ad arrivarci, i prezzi sono anche molto più contenuti e il personale decisamente più cortese ed amichevole.
Questi maleducati la fanno da padroni solo perché sfortunatamente è la farmacia nel pieno centro di Tortoreto lido il che ne fa una posizione strategica... Ma fidatevi che fare due passi in più vi farà non solo risparmiare economicamente, ma vi eviterà anche malumore dovuto a saccenza e scortesia.
Rude and rude as well as unfair!
I will never set foot there again and I strongly advise against it at all. On the national there is another pharmacy, it does not take anything to get there, the prices are also much lower and the staff much more courteous and friendly.
These rude people are the masters only because unfortunately it is the pharmacy in the heart of Tortoreto Lido which makes it a strategic position ... know-how and rudeness.
