Pur essendo urgente durante il turno di notte in cui erano l 'unica farmacia della zona non hanno voluto aprire perché per loro non urgente senza ricetta della guardia medica. Sinceramente lo trovo assurdo
I went to the pharmacy for an emergency for my 4 month old daughter. Coming from Piedmont, the pediatrician gave me telephone instructions. Although it was urgent during the night shift when they were the only pharmacy in the area, they did not want to open because it was not urgent for them without a doctor's prescription. Honestly, I find it absurd

They give, without any title, unsolicited advice. They don't provide adequate service (especially regarding quick swabs). I found the staff presumptuous and unhelpful.
