Following a fall I had to go to this pharmacy, inefficient and unprepared staff, based on the doubts for a simple ointment in the end I had to do a google search.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmacia ben fornita, siamo stati qui all'ora di chiusura per un emergenza di meduse, erano le 20 precise orario di chiusura, pensavamo di trovare tutto chiuso o magari i dipendenti infuriati vedendoci arrivare, invece gentilissimi e cordiali ci hanno accolti e abbiamo potuto comprare il necessario.
Well-stocked pharmacy, we were here at closing time for a jellyfish emergency, it was exactly 20 closing time, we thought we would find everything closed or maybe the employees were angry at seeing us arrive, instead very kind and friendly they welcomed us and we could buy the necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergogna. Mia madre, ottantaduenne, si reca presso la farmacia per un tampone rapido: dopo averla fatta pagare la fate attendere fuori il negozio. Il tampone le viene fatto sul marciapiede, in strada e la inviate ad attendere 10 minuti il risultato sempre fuori, senza riparo, senza neanche dare una sedia ad una persona anziana. Oggi 1° marzo 2022 alle 2 del pomeriggio ci dtavano scarsi 5 gradi. Vergogna Signori, vergogna.

Shame. My mother, 82, goes to the pharmacy for a quick swab: after making her pay you have her wait outside the shop. The swab is done on the sidewalk, in the street and you send her to wait 10 minutes for the result, always outside, without shelter, without even giving an elderly person a chair.
