Mi sono sentita a disagio e se ero li è perché avevo un problema che voleva essere risolto, di sicuro non mi trovavo lì per farmi urlare in faccia dal farmacista senza un motivo (e senza mascherina) davanti a tutte le persone nel negozio. Non verrò più. Well-stocked pharmacy, I don't question the pharmacists' preparation but there are ways and ways of treating customers. I felt uncomfortable and if I was there it is because I had a problem that wanted to be solved, for sure I was not there to make the pharmacist scream in my face for no reason (and without a mask) in front of all the people in the shop. I will not come anymore.
C	Carlotta Bortoletti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante le due volte in cui sono andata i farmacisti hanno tenuto la mascherina abbassata tutto il tempo (o a volte non la tengono neanche), cosa che trovo estremamente irrispettosa! Venivano pure vicino senza farsi alcuno scrupolo. E non brillano neanche in gentilezza per altro. Non ci tornerò mai più. Ps. Visto che non si può rispondere preciso che sono un medico che lavora in ospedale, quindi non si deve venire a dire a me quali siano i protocolli che conosco meglio di voi evidentemente. E le mascherine abbassate (una farmacista addirittura non l'aveva e se l'è messa solo dopo diversi minuti di attesa) sono state tenute tutto il tempo e non solo per "chiarirsi", anche mentre i farmacisti si trovavano oltre o al fianco delle barriere, a ben meno di un metro di distanza da me, tanto che mi sono dovuta io allontanare. Sono stata due volte recentemente ed in entrambe le occasioni il comportamento si è ripetuto, e non ero da sola e la persona che mi ha accompagnata può verificare il tutto. È il caso che facciate un mea culpa e capiate che la situazione richiede più rispetto delle regole. Si sono rifiutati di darmi dei farmaci dopo che ho mostrato la ricetta sostenendo che fosse “fotocopiata” quando c’era chiaramente la data di emissione del giorno prima e la firma del mio medico di base. Non hanno nemmeno verificato la mia tessera sanitaria, sulla quale sono caricate tutte le mie prescrizioni, che avrebbe tolto ogni dubbio. Inoltre hanno ritenuto necessario mostrare la mia ricetta a dei clienti presenti chiedendo se “secondo loro fosse fotocopiata o no”, come se la mia possibilità di essere curata prendendo farmaci che mi sono stati prescritti dipendesse dal giudizio di un cliente qualsiasi. Oltre alla EVIDENTE ILLEGALITÀ dell’azione dato che hanno rivelato miei dati sensibili a persone non autorizzate violando il segreto professionale. Risposta: Da notare che non rispondete nemmeno alla più importante mancanza che avete commesso ovvero violare la mia privacy…. Inoltre ipotizzate che stessi dicendo la verità, che siate in torto e che quella fosse l’originale, con cos’altro avrei potuto tornare? Rude and incompetent pharmacists.
