★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilissimi e cordiali. Informati anche sui farmaci non contenenti lattosio. Molto gentili anche quando ho avuto problemi a scaricare il green pass. Faccio un po' più di strada per essere sicura di essere trattata con cortesia e gentilezza.
Very kind and cordial. Also inquire about non-lactose-containing medications. Very kind even when I had problems downloading the green pass. I go a little further to make sure I am treated with courtesy and kindness.
