A me invece hanno cercato di promuovere costosi farmaci omeopatici insieme al'antibiotico, solo per farci la cresta... La dottoressa che mi ha servito non ha mai inoltrato correttamente la DPC (distribuzione per conto che ha obbligo di consegna entro la successiva mezza giornata) e mi hanno rimbalzato per 24h dicendo che il farmaco non era arrivato... Quando hanno visto che mi ero documentato, allora è saltato fuori che effettivamente la DPC non era stata inviata e che potevo acquistare il farmaco originale (e non il generico) per la cifra di € 6,00. Ora questa opzione non mi era stata prospettata la prima volta ma la dottoressa, che mi aveva servito, si era lungamente dedicata ad illustrarmi i prodotti omeopatici per l'Herpes Zoster forse perché c'era qualche interesse in più?! Mah... Non mi vedranno più come cliente! Simply bad. I had to buy an antiviral drug with a medical prescription already in my possession. The doctor who served me has never correctly forwarded the DPC (distribution on behalf that has the obligation to deliver within the next half day) and they bounced me for 24h saying that the drug had not arrived ... When they saw that I was documented, then it turned out that the DPC had not actually been sent and that I could buy the original drug (and not the generic one) for the sum of € 6.00. Now this option had not been presented to me the first time but the doctor, who had served me, had long devoted herself to illustrating the homeopathic products for Herpes Zoster perhaps because there was some more interest ?! Mah ... They won't see me as a customer anymore!

È stata la prima volta in 30 anni di laurea per di più per un farmaco da banco. Non riescono a relazionarsi con il cliente, credono di essere medici e suppongono diagnosi ma quando si tratta di vendere il farmaco fanno un sacco di storie e rispondono con supponenza. Fortunatamente farmacie in quartiere non mancano! I confirm what I read in the other reviews. They fail to relate to the customer, they believe they are doctors and assume diagnoses but when it comes to selling the drug they make a lot of fuss and respond with arrogance. Fortunately, there is no shortage of pharmacies in the neighborhood!

Me ne vado senza l'antibiotico prescritto. Oltre al disservizio, la mancata educazione non mi farà mai più mettere piede in questa farmacia. (Piccola chicca sui tempi di attesa..I clienti prima di me hanno aspettato 20 minuti per un pacco di assorbenti perché la farmacista era al telefono.)
