★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il sito governativo era bloccato quindi ho chiesto se mi veniva scaricato il G.P. Mi è stato risposto, dalla dottoressa di mezza età, che loro non fanno questo servizio ed io non sono obbligata a scaricarmelo...farmacista poco professionale e scortese.
 The government site was blocked so I asked if I was downloading the G.P. I was told, by the middle-aged doctor, that they don't do this service and I don't have to dump it ... unprofessional and rude pharmacist.

Very courteous staff. They made an exception and I managed to swab without a reservation! Thanks to the ladies who worked on Sunday 20th March!

Stavo soffrendo moltissimo di cistite e la farmacista mi ha detto di prendere ''Cistiset Advance'', confezione da 15 compresse.
Non mi ha proposto nient altro.
Ho pagato 20,90€ per questo prodotto. una follia!
Più di un euro a compressa mi è sembrato un prezzo spropositato.
Ho quindi cercato online il prodotto... e l'ho trovato a partire dai 7,67€.
Io capisco ci debbano guadagnare... ma questo vuol dire TRUFFARE!!! Sono profondamente delusa.
Parliamo di un prodotto per un malessere, non di un prodotto di bellezza!
I went to this pharmacy today.
I was suffering a lot from cystitis and the pharmacist told me to take '' Cistiset Advance '', pack of 15 tablets.
He didn't offer me anything else.
I paid € 20.90 for this product. madness!
More than one euro per tablet seemed a disproportionate price to me.
I then searched online for the product ... and found it starting at € 7.67.
I understand they have to earn ... but this means SCAM !!! I am deeply disappointed.
We are talking about a product for a malaise, not a beauty product!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per una urgenza lavorativa, perciò non programmata o programmabile, necessitavamo di UN tampone Covid-19. Questi li negano se non prenotati, anche se di domenica mattina c'era un solo prenotato davanti a noi. Ritengo che rifiutare una prestazione sanitaria esercitata da (quantomeno) un infermiere che si sottopone a giuramento, sia eticamente scorretto.
For a work emergency, therefore not scheduled or programmable, we needed ONE Covid-19 buffer. These deny them if not booked, even if on Sunday morning there was only one booked in front of us. I believe that refusing a health service provided by (at least) a nurse who takes an oath is ethically incorrect.

Personale disponibile e cordiale soprattutto la signora Monica con mano delicatissima.

Staff available and friendly especially Mrs. Monica with a very delicate hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando si offre un servizio, bisogna anche dare informazioni complete. Non fanno i tamponi ai bambino sotto ai 12 anni, peccato che in fase di prenotazione non venga specificato da nessuna parte. Alle mie rimostranze il personale si è rivelato frettoloso e scocciato. Per loro era obbligatoria la ricetta...peccato che nella farmacia poco distante questa obbligatorieta non esiste
