Portata da loro il 19/07 per problemi cognitivi che camminava e sorrideva, morta il 15/08 dopo averla ripetutamente trascurata dal lato medico ed assistenziale, ricoverata d'urgenza il giorno 11/08 con gravissima disidratazione e continuando a somministrarle una massiccia dose di diuretico che ha leso un rene, causato un'infarto ed un piccolo ictus per poi lasciarci il 15/08. I don't even put a star because they killed my 84-year-old mother !!! Taken by them on 19/07 for cognitive problems that walked and smiled, died on 08/15 after having repeatedly neglected her on the medical and assistance side, urgently admitted on 11/08 with very serious dehydration and continuing to give her a massive dose of diuretic that has damaged a kidney, caused a heart attack and a small stroke and then left us on 08/15.

Soddisfacente la disponibilità del personale infermieristico e Oss. Una rivoluzione straordinaria che è iniziata da oltre un anno. M	Mirca Torresin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata oggi per la prima volta, mia zia è da poco ospite in questa struttura, do le 4⭐perché l'edificio è tenuto bene e pulito il personale con cui ho interagito è stato cortese e disponibile ?, c'è un bel parcheggio ?, sia all'entrata che nei piani ci sono aree con poltrone e divanetti dove gli ospiti stanno in compagnia anche dei loro familiari, distributori automatici di bevande calde e fredde e una reception ? dove un'impiegata a seconda di dove è ricoverata la persona indica stanza e piano, tutte le camere sono per 2 persone con proprio guardaroba e bagno in stanza. Fanno ginnastica ⛹️ c'è la sala musica ? e la parrucchiera ? psicologo, assistente sociale. L'edificio si trova in un complesso Quartiere 3 c'è anche una farmacia che offre anche sanitaria, profumeria ed erboristeria, un supermercato (non sono entrata) e un centro analisi. The building is located in a District 3 complex, there is also a pharmacy that also offers health care, perfumery and herbal medicine, a supermarket (I didn't enter) and an analysis center.

Giarrizzo, Assistente sociale dott.ssa Naletto e tutta l'equipe degli specialisti stanno seguendo mia madre con tutta la dedizione e professionalità possibile. Sono pienamente soddisfatto. Li ho trovati sporchi e disordinati con mozziconi di sigaretta per terra, depositi di materiale abbandonati, etc. Impeccable secretariat and assistance. A	Alessio Minotto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero non si può dare ma è quello che merita questa pseudo struttura. Segreteria inesistente, nessuno riesce a metterti in contatto con il tuo familiare. Maleducati gli operatori che qui lavorano, sporco molto diffuso. Il peggiore posto dove sistemare i propri cari. Mi stupisco come possa essere aperto un posto del genere per un servizio così delicato. Zero cannot be given but this is what this pseudo structure deserves. There is no answering machine, no one can get you in touch with your family member. The operators who work here are rude, widespread dirt. The worst place to settle loved ones. I am amazed how such a place can be opened for such a delicate service.
