Il proprietario ci ha impacchettato i salami in modo che nn rilasciassero aromi in valigia, nn sottovuoto. Gentilissimo lui ed i salami spettacolari. Aspettiamo che si possano acquistare on line per ricomprarli. We purchased two salamis, one with garlic and one without portions in Turin. The first time I stopped to their shop, I tried several brands of prosciutto, with different prices, but on the ticket only one price appeared (and it was somewhat ok). Then ricotta was at 8,50 kilo and the next time it was already 10 (and not even ricotta, he just put 10 euros price and scribbled ricotta). Then I took the exact same cheese, the first time it was Caciocavallo Silano at 16,50 euros / kilo, the next time it magically transformed into Scamorza di eboli at 24,50 euros / kilo. Possibly speaking italian and arguing would have helped, no idea. Definitely he wouldn't treat locals and usual customers the same... What a pity... PS. Funny thing, after my initial one star review, they tried to have only five star reviews, and the oldest one has been given by someone related to the owner, sharing the same surname.
