★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un forno whirlpool il 10 ottobre per una diagnosi perchè a seguito di un temporale non funzionava correttamente, mi avevano detto che in settimana mi avrebbero chiamato e fatto sapere,dopo ben quasi 3 settimane e dopo innumerevoli chiamate, alla fine non ho avuto nessuna diagnosi o preventivo ma solo un "potrebbe essere" e a seguito della mia ultima chiamata il 2 novembre mi hanno detto che avevano da settembre dei problemi nella fornitura di ricambi whirlpool e che quindi non avevano una data certa per la diagnosi/riparazione ma a me questo il 10 ottobre non me lo avevano detto.
In conclusione mi sono recato in negozio riportandomi a casa il forno ancora non funzionante e con 20 euro in meno.A rieti se dovete riparare i vostri elettrodomestici andate da qualcun'altro di più serio e più trasparente con i suoi clienti.
I brought a whirlpool oven on October 10 for a diagnosis because following a storm it did not work properly, they told me that during the week they would call me and let me know, after almost 3 weeks and after countless calls, in the end I did not have any diagnosis or estimate but only a "could be" and following my last call on November 2 they told me that they had problems in the supply of whirlpool spare parts since September and therefore they did not have a certain date for diagnosis / repair but this to me they didn't tell me on 10 October.
In conclusion, I went to the shop bringing home the oven still not working and with 20 euros less. In Rieti, if you need to repair your appliances, go to someone else who is more serious and more transparent with their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza del tutto negativa non co siglio a nesduno di servirdi da loro sono dei ladri per riparare il portasigaretta di una macchina da cucire mi hanno chiesto 40 euro faccio presente che costera 3o4 euro mi sono ropresa la macchina con 25 euro in meno dono dei ladri anche maleducati

A casa mia sono venuti tutti i vostri tecnici…addirittura una volta anche una ragazza di nome Raffaella che insegnò a mia moglie come usare la macchina per cucire. Ultimamente avete subìto una grande perdita; mi riferisco ad Aldo, bravissimo ragazzo e un ottimo tecnico. Continuerò a consigliarvi. Complimenti a tutto il personale. Soprattutto in questo periodo storico, dobbiamo sostenere le piccole imprese.
