Personale che al primo problema va in tilt e pecca in pazienza ed educazione con conseguenti discussioni e litigi con pazienti. Tempi di attesa allucinanti e disorganizzazione, se si arriva con un problema non gravissimo ma comunque che provoca dolori bisogna sperare che gli assistenti siano di buon umore o e' possibile rimanere ore ed ore senza alcun supporto. Tutto questo offusca l' ottima immagine degli altri reparti dell' ospedale alcuni dei quali sono all' eccellenza e che risultano invece organizzati funzionali con personale gentilissimo. Va bene che sono stato codice bianco e posso aspettare anche 7-8 ore (giusto che sia così anche perché c'è gente con necessità) ma aspettare 11 ore e neanche un medico ti dedica 1 minuto per la prima visita significa male organizzazione e carenza di personale!!!!!!! Soprattutto qualche d'uno maleducato. Comunque gli ho dato 1 stella ma é troppo. Viva la sanità italiana Bad experience!
