Per motivi personali, mi sono dovuto recare, per un controllo nel reparto di ginecologia, perché avevo un fortissimo dolore. Arrivo li in reparto; l infermiera gentile, che aveva notato che stavo veramente male, mi fa accomodare nel lettino, dove si svolgono le visite istoligiche. Mi fanno attendere per mezz'ora; col dirmi adesso arriva il dottore!!. L infermiera se ne va di nuovo. Poi ritorna, col dirmi, ("guardi purtroppo adesso, ha un cesario di urgenza, nel reparto covid; si deve rivestire"), dopo di che mi fanno accomodare su una barella, in una delle camere, dove si effettuano i ricoveri, con l'attesa quasi di due ore". Roba del altro mondo. Trascorse le due ore, arriva nuovamente l infermiera, col dirmi (“venga è il suo turno "). La ginecologa, si rivela molto sgarbata e altezzosa, nel visitarmi mi ha fatto malissimo, (faccia molto piano ho dolore???!!!!!.) Mi viene a dire, lei non ha niente, e che si sta inventando tutto. Io, mi rivesto molto veloce, non ostante stavo malissimo e me ne vado. Questi I dottori andrebbero denunciato, tra l' altro anche chi aiutava lei. Il mio consiglio se dovete fare visite di questo tipo o partorire, andate a nottola!!!.
For personal reasons, I had to go for a check-up in the gynecology department, because I was in very strong pain. I arrive there in the ward; The kind nurse, who had noticed that I was really ill, made me sit in the bed, where the histological visits take place. They make me wait for half an hour; with telling me now comes the doctor !!. The nurse leaves again. Then he comes back, telling me, ("look unfortunately now, he has an emergency caesary, in the covid ward; he has to get dressed"), after which they make me sit on a stretcher, in one of the rooms, where the hospitalizations are carried out, with the wait for almost two hours. "Stuff from the other world. After two hours, the nurse arrives again, telling me (“come it's your turn”). The gynecologist, turns out to be very rude and haughty, in visiting me she hurt me very badly, (face very slowly I have pain??? !!!!!.) She comes to tell me, she has nothing, and that she is making everything up. I get dressed very quickly, despite the fact that I was terribly ill and I leave. These doctors should be reported, among other things, even those who helped her. My advice if you have to make visits like this or give birth, go to the night !!!.

La mia esperienza in chirurgia è stata eccezionale. Tutto il personale è molto positivo e si è preso cura di me in un modo molto meglio di quanto avrebbero potuto, soprattutto dopo gli ultimi 2 anni estremamente difficili che hanno vissuto. Posso immaginare che una pandemia potrebbe far perdere ai medici la volontà di essere così cordiali con i pazienti. Non posso ringraziarli abbastanza per i miei 3 giorni lì.
My experience in surgery has been exceptional. All the staff are very positive and took care of me in a much better way than they could, especially after the extremely difficult last 2 years they have experienced. I can imagine that a pandemic could cause doctors to lose the will to be so friendly to patients. Cannot thank them enough for my 3 days there.

I am not satisfied with there service. Two times went their first time in emergency but they waisted time to check up me even out of control my paining. And second time totally zero.. best of luck to me

What a bad service! They don’t do a correct trial, just give green badge to anyone and make you wait several hours (5 at least) for some attention! If you’re almost dead you receive a yellow badge, if is dead a red one to be immediatly attended! To be worst, is the only hospital in Perugia! The Staff is not gentle, treat you as animal, if are tourist even worst!

I want to share my family experience with the Perugia hospital. We are on the vacation in Italy and are not the residents of EU. Yesterday my small child became sick, with progressive dehydration and according to my friends advice we cane to this hospital. From doorway we didn’t meet any resistance, all staff despite our language barrier tried to help us with navigating inside the facility (and Perugia is a huge hospital). We are very grateful to the Pediatric ward doctors and staff: thoughtful, attentive, professional. Admission, tests and treatment-all done in no time. Thank you dear colleagues for your care, knowledge and attention! Today i asked my child if he liked the hospital- and he said Very much.
