C'è una dottoressa, la Fini, se dottoressa come tale si può definire, incommentabile, di una scortesia unica a livello umano, una vipera. It is a disaster. Dapprima nel PS: personale molto probabilmente sotto organico, il che non permette di garantire qualità e professionalità nell'intervento. Nei momenti in cui sono stato, molte persone in attesa (lunga anche con codici gialli) e nervose per la mancanza di informazioni sui familiari presi in cura. Possibile che ci sia solo un dottore per un intero pomeriggio? Mi dispiace, ma non funziona!!! Nessuna considerazione per gli ammalati, e menefreghismo generale. Veramente imbarazzante!! In più senza nessun antidolorifico, senza coscienza. A mia madre e morto l'arto durante la notte, sotto urli di dolori e pianti. Mia madre e morta, piena di morfina in una clinica palliativa. Vi auguro che ie urla di quei dolori atroci che mia mamma ha dovuto patire, vi raggiungono, in qualche modo, in tutti gli attimi della vostra vita. RIP mamma... Il trattamento ricevuto al pronto soccorso dall’infermiera con occhiali e capelli corti bianchi non la auguro a nessuno. Una supponenza e un’arroganza senza eguali. Di un’ignoranza spaventosa. C’è modo e modo di rivolgersi alle persone, soprattutto se si pongono con gentilezza. Anche la ragazza all’accettazione non brillava per empatia e modi. Se queste sono le persone alle quali affidiamo la nostra salute siamo davvero in ottime mani… Unkindness, incompetence and rudeness.
