Devo dire che, nella sfiga di esserci finito (non è mai bello un PS), ho avuto il piacere di essere trattato tempestivamente e con massima professionalità, cortesia e celerità. Suggerisco solo l’installazione di un monitor per i minuti presunti di attesa. Kindness, professionalism and courtesy. La presente è per ringraziare tutto il personale, dalle ragazze dell’ ambulanza, agli infermieri al medico di guardia, per la professionalità, la gentilezza e la cortesia, che ho riscontrato. Professional staff, from the first to the last of the doctors met. Really grateful for the efficient and punctual, attentive and courteous organization. I couldn't have hoped for better. Evaluations shared in the team and with us in the various degrees of diagnosis. The proactive operation of all is really comforting. Helpful and very nice with younger patients. Calvino too must have passed through here and left a mark. I confirm my excellent 5 star experience.

Inviato a fare degli accertamenti, alle ore 11:00 Attendevo la risposta da parte del medico di turno. Ore 14 cambio di turno ed ancora nessuna risposta e soprattutto nessuna somministrazione di antidolorifico. Il nuovo medico ed i nuovi infermieri non sapevano nemmeno il motivo x cui fossi andato lì. Ore 15 stremato nell’attesa del nuovo medico di turno, dolore sempre in crescita, ho deciso di andarmene autonomamente. Conclusioni: Il personale infermieristico è da elogiare per quanto si danno da fare, i medici responsabili del primo soccorso sono assenti e se ne fregano. Quello di grosseto, paragonato a quello di orbetello gioca in serie c contro la serie a del secondo. Spero che qualcuno , oltre me con i miei mezzi comunicativi, ci metta le mani pesantemente. Ovviamente sono le persone che fanno la differenza, non voglio quindi fare di tutta l’erba un fascio. Arrived at 09.00 I had an excellent first contact with an excellent welcome. The one in grosseto, compared to that of orbetello, plays in Serie C against the Serie A of the second. I hope that someone, besides me with my means of communication, gets their hands on it heavily. Le strutture e i macchinari sono nuovi, il personale di tutte le fasce è attento e preparato, ed anche estremamente cortese. In meno di una settimana sono a casa e sto bene! Per quanto mi riguarda, ho incontrato un ospedale ECCELLENTE sotto tutti i punti di vista. In precedente recensione ne parlavo diversamente pensando erroneamente di trovarmi sulle recensioni del pronto soccorso di Orbetello che al contrario confermo si dimostrò un inferno in terra The Grosseto hospital was a rare positive surprise nowadays. Humanity, kindness but above all great competence. In the previous review I talked about it differently, mistakenly thinking that I found myself in the reviews of the Orbetello emergency room which on the contrary I confirm proved to be hell on earth
